Dental Pharmacology

Dental Pharmacology deals with the dental drugs and their interaction. The student shall be able to explain source, route, indication, contraindication, minimum dose, lethal dose, commonly used dental drugs, etc. In general the students shall also be able to understand the mechanism of action of commonly used drugs.

They shall also have a general idea about the antibiotics in uses and their doses, adverse effects along with indications and contraindications.
